❓ How do I book a session?
 You can book a session by reaching out to me via Instagram DM, email (contacttaylorthomasart@gmail.com), or the contact page on my website. A 50% deposit is required to secure your date and time, with the remaining balance due on the day of the shoot.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?
 Payments are made via PayPal.

❓ Where are you located? Do you travel for shoots?
 I am based in Rome, Georgia. Travel beyond 30 minutes from my home incurs an additional $1 per additional mile, with cheaper rates near Kennesaw and Covington, Georgia.

❓ How long does a session last?
 The base session is one hour, but with customization options, the total time may be up to three hours.

❓ Can I bring someone with me to the session?
 Yes! You are welcome to bring one additional person to join the shoot at no extra charge. Additional participants beyond that may require an extra fee.

❓ Can I bring my pet?
 Absolutely! Pets are welcome in your shoot. If you're bringing a pet, please ensure they are well-behaved and have any necessary leashes, carriers, or treats to keep them comfortable.

❓ What should I wear?
 You are free to wear your own outfits, or you can opt for Wardrobe Styling as an add-on, where I provide a curated selection of outfits for a seamless aesthetic. I recommend preparing two outfits for the best results.

❓ Do you offer hair and makeup?
 Yes! I can source professional hair and makeup services available as add-ons to enhance your final look.

❓ How long does it take to receive my photos?
Edited photos will be delivered within one week after your session.

❓ How will I receive my photos?
Your final edited images will be sent as a ZIP folder via Google Drive link for easy download and access.

❓ What if I need to cancel my shoot?
 If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, your deposit is fully refundable.
 If you cancel less than 48 hours before the shoot, the deposit is non-refundable but can be applied toward a future session.
 No-shows or same-day cancellations will forfeit their deposit.

❓ Can I reschedule my session?
 Yes! You can reschedule once for free if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice.
 Reschedules within 48 hours of the shoot will incur a $30 fee due to short notice.

I understand that life happens, and plans may need to change. Below is my policy regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds to ensure fairness for both parties.

🔹 Deposit: 50% of the total session fee is due at the time of booking to secure your date and time.
🔹 Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due on the day of the photoshoot.

🔹 Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled shoot – Your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied as credit toward a future session.
🔹 Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the shoot – The deposit is non-refundable, as time has already been set aside for your session. However, you may reschedule once at no additional cost.
🔹 No-shows or same-day cancellations – The deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit will be required to book another session.

🔹 Rescheduling is allowed once at no extra charge, provided you notify me at least 48 hours in advance.
🔹 Reschedules requested within 48 hours of the shoot will incur a $30 rescheduling fee, as this short notice impacts scheduling and preparation.

🔹 If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session time may be reduced accordingly.
🔹 If you arrive more than 30 minutes late, your session may be canceled without a refund.

🔹 If your session is outdoors and weather conditions prevent shooting, we will reschedule at no additional cost.
🔹 If you choose to cancel instead of rescheduling, the deposit is non-refundable.

🔹 I do not provide RAW or unedited images, as editing is part of my creative process.

🔹As the photographer, I retain the copyright to all images. Clients may use the photos for personal use, social media, and printing.
🔹 If you’d like commercial or promotional rights to your images, licensing options are available.
